clean room friendly staff bar discount tiny bathroom low water pressure shower temperature
The room was very comfy and tidy. The staff were very friendly. I liked I could get a discount at the bar if I skipped daily housekeeping. Secure parking was available.
The bathroom was tiny and not up to standard. The shower water pressure was low. I had trouble to control the shower temperature, its went from cold to scalding quickly.

charmed stay NEAR the sea
helpful staff easy access thoughtful touch
i was really charmed by the helpful staff. the location made beach access very easy, just a short walk. the inclusive design, especially the sensory room, was a thoughtful touch. the pool offered a good spot for relaxation.
the music volume from a nearby event did affect my sleep QUALITY.

the pool area featured a nice setup. there was also a sensory room available for children. the reserved parking service for blue badge holders added significant convenience to our visit, it was AMAZING.

i found the food in the dining room to be excellent! the retreat provided a snug area for meals. i could reserve a table with ample space for a wheelchair, i felt very fortunate.

The staff was very kind. They were always available. The hotel also has a great location close to the beach. The rooms were also of high quality.
I booked through a third party. I was told I couldn't have a dog friendly room as there were none. The table was not cleared of the dirty dinner plates before we were given dessert.

wonderful stay!
super clean room ample space good staff
i had a double or twin room no dogs, and it was super clean. the layout offered plenty of space. the pool was of a good size. the staff were very helpful.
the tv in the room seemed a little old.

The hotel is really close to some very good beaches. the city center is within easy reach. bus stops are just around the corner. Train station is nearby. all city attractions are easily accessed.
